Regular dharma talks with Seten Tomh will be held every Saturday @ 11am SLT (2pm ET).

Talks are one hour, in voice. Please make sure Voice (in Preferences, Sound) is checked. It will show up as a white dot above your head.

This talk will repeat live on YouTube on Sunday at 4pm SLT (7pm ET).

Commencing Monday, September 22, 2025 Seten Tomh will present a Guru Yoga guided meditation every Monday between 1 and 1:30pm SLT (4-4:30pm ET).

We are also a guest dharma teacher at Buddha Garden in Ahimsa sim alternate Sundays @ 11am SLT starting September 21, 2025.

Guided Heart sutra meditation
The Heart Sutra teaches the central concept in the Buddha’s doctrine. After a short introduction to the meaning of the Sutra we will work with this teaching and its mantra, in a guided meditation.

Guided Loving Kindness meditation
Guided Loving Kindness meditation, rooted in Tibetan Buddhist tradition. This practice, known as “Metta Bhavana,” aims to cultivate an open heart and unconditional goodwill toward ourselves and others.
