Talks are one hour, in voice. Please make sure Voice (in Preferences, Sound) is checked. It will show up as a white dot above your head.

The Heart Sutra teaches the central concept in the Buddha’s doctrine. After a short introduction to the meaning of the Sutra we will work with this teaching and its mantra, in a guided meditation.

Guided Loving Kindness meditation, rooted in Tibetan Buddhist tradition. This practice, known as “Metta Bhavana,” aims to cultivate an open heart and unconditional goodwill toward ourselves and others.
